Intellectual property
The intellectual property behind the content and the technology that make Hudhudo's journey unique is fully protected.
1. Ownership of the brand and characters
All intellectual property rights in the platform's name and logo, and in the official "Hudhudo" character together with its artwork and models, belong exclusively to Hudhudo. They may not be used, imitated, or republished without prior written permission.
2. Educational content and illustrations
This covers all interactive learning games, written and visual stories, illustrations and artwork, audio tracks, and digital learning maps. Copying or reusing this material for commercial purposes is prohibited; it is made available solely for the personal use of the enrolled student.
3. Licenses and authorized use
Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform. Only parents and teachers may print individual performance reports for their children, or interactive worksheets explicitly made available for download as PDF, and only for their own personal and educational use at home or at school.
4. Protection and legal action
We take the protection of intellectual property seriously. Any violation of these rights, and any attempt to copy the platform's source code, hack the platform, or publish its content without authorization, will expose the offender to legal action and immediate account termination, with the possibility of claiming appropriate damages under international and national copyright law.
