Frequently asked questions
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. It is a one-time payment only, and the subscription simply ends on its own date — no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel. You decide if and when to renew.
Is the price per child?
Yes, the subscription applies to each child separately, and you can add more children from the 'My children' page in your account.
What is the difference between the monthly and the annual plan?
Nothing in the content. Both open all three sections — Arabic language, Quran and mosque — and both give each child 60 minutes of voice-checked recitation a month. The only difference is how far ahead you pay: €9.95 for one month, or €89 for a whole year — that is €7.42 a month instead of €119.40 paying month by month.
Can I change my mind after paying?
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. Because access starts immediately after payment, we ask you at checkout to expressly request that immediate start, and with that tick your right of withdrawal ends once the access is live. If you would rather keep those 14 days, do not buy yet: every child gets a full 14-day free trial with no card.
Is the content suitable for all ages?
Yes, we have dedicated learning paths for children aged 4 to 12.
How does voice check work?
It compares your child's pronunciation against the verse's text word by word and gives an instant score. Each child gets 60 minutes of recitation a month on both plans (and 10 minutes on the free trial); once it is used up, reading, listening, memorising and every other activity keep working without interruption, and the credit renews at the start of each month.
Does the app require installing extra software?
No, Hudhudo runs entirely in the web browser on computers and tablets, with no special hardware or tools needed.
My school already subscribes — do I have to pay anything?
No, if your school is enrolled in the platform, your account is entirely free through it, and you log in with the school code and your school details.
