Welcome to Hudhudo. Please read these terms carefully before using our learning platform.
1. Acceptance of the general terms
By using Hudhudo or creating an account on it, you agree in full to comply with these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. This platform is designed to give children a safe, interactive learning experience under the direct supervision and guidance of their parents or teachers.
2. User accounts and child safety
Some of our services require an account (a parent account, a teacher account, and a sub-account for the child). We ask you to observe the following:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and never share them with third parties.
- The parent or teacher bears full responsibility for the child's activities on the platform.
- We do our utmost to ensure a safe learning environment free of any inappropriate content.
3. Payments, term, and right of withdrawal
A Hudhudo subscription is a one-off purchase per child, not a recurring subscription.
- Each purchase is a single payment that extends one child's access by 30 days (monthly plan) or 365 days (annual plan).
- There is no automatic renewal and no continuing payment mandate: access simply ends on its own date, so there is nothing to cancel — you alone decide whether to pay again.
- Payments are handled by the payment service provider Mollie. The amount due is always determined by our server; prices shown on the website are indicative.
- Right of withdrawal (14 days): as a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving any reason (article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code).
- Because access is activated as soon as a payment succeeds, at checkout you expressly request that immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed; with that consent the right lapses at the moment of activation (article 6:230p(g) of the Dutch Civil Code).
- If you would rather keep those 14 days, do not enter into a paid contract yet: every child has a full 14-day free trial, with no card.
- Because the right of withdrawal lapses on activation, amounts paid are not refunded for an unused part of the term. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights: if an amount was charged in error or the service does not work, contact us at info@hudhudo.com.
4. Acceptable conduct and disclaimer
We are committed to providing an inspiring, interactive learning journey. Attempting to sabotage the platform, reverse-engineer its source code, or upload harmful material is strictly prohibited. Hudhudo works hard to keep the service stable and its content continuously updated. The service is provided "as is", without an absolute guarantee against temporary interruptions caused by maintenance or periodic system updates.
5. Provider and registration details
