Delete account
Ask us to permanently delete your account, your children's accounts and all their data.
The parent account, the children's accounts, their progress and their recitation results are deleted. This cannot be undone.
Before deleting, we check through the account's email address that the request really comes from you. We then delete the data within 30 days. Only payment and invoice records are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
Can you sign in? Then request the deletion from the parent dashboard after signing in; no further check is needed.
